Swiss Money Corp GmbH (Swiss Money Corp) is a limited liability company with a paid in capital of CHF 20,000 incorporated under the Swiss federal laws in the Canton of Zürich on August 28th, 2009 under the registration number CH-  As a register Financial Intermediate, Swiss Money Corp is a member of PolyReg Allg. Selbstregulierungs-Verein (registration number 17771 issued on October 23rd, 2009), a self-regulated organization recognized by FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) that oversee Swiss Financial Intermediates in Switzerland. A Financial Intermediate company in Switzerland is a financial company that is neither a bank or an insurance company.

As a Financial Intermediate, Swiss Money Corp is audited yearly by Polyreg SRO to ensure that Swiss Money Corp fulfills all Swiss AML regulations, which includes:

1) Following all Swiss AML laws and FATF (Financial Action Task Force) recommendations;

2) Making sure that company directors and AML officer have the proper qualifications and training (yearly training sponsored by Polyreg SRO is mandatory);

3) Ascertaining that all fiduciary duties and reserve capital are correct, as wells as that the company has not risen any concern from clients and business partners.

Since its foundation in 2009, SMC has been audited yearly without any incidents or regulatory recommendations.
